The following lists are the basic equipment that a hiker should prepare for his hiking. First are the essential supplies: backpack, quick-drying pants or long-sleeved, hiking boots. And in order to avoid sunburn, you can prepare a sunscreen and a hat or sunglasses.

And you should not forget to bring your personal medicines, such as medicated oil, bone-setting medicine, stickers, stomach or individual effects of drugs, anti-mosquito drugs. Everyone should ensure that they have bring their own water and food for their hiking activities. The following things are also recommended, like alpen stock, towels, plastic bags, spare clothes, camera, headlights, and waterproof bag.
